Assistant Manager - Treasury & Banking Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor bank balances and maintain bank statements for multiple entities.
• Prepare daily cash flow and fund utilization reports.
• Share daily bank balances and cash position with management.
• Manage bank payments, payment requests, and statutory payments within timelines.
• Handle accounting entries for payments and receipts in SAP.
• Prepare and track BRS, bank reconciliations, vendor/customer reconciliations, and clearing.
• Manage FD interest accrual calculations and intercompany transactions.
• Coordinate with teams for supporting documents and audit requirements.
• Support bank KYC and other banking-related activities.
• Create vendor/customer codes in SAP and post FI invoices as required.
• Coordinate with AR and other finance teams for cash collection and related reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Treasury, Banking Operations, Accounts, or Finance Operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and bank reconciliation.
• Good coordination and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
