ASSISTANT MANAGER - UNLOADER

The Unloader Crane Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, reliability, and performance of unloader cranes, conveyors, and related equipment. The role includes managing a team, developing maintenance plans, diagnosing equipment failures, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Manager will optimize maintenance costs, improve equipment reliability, and implement best practices to enhance overall port operations.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven maintenance-management experience with heavy equipment, preferably unloader cranes.
• In-depth knowledge of crane systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience developing and implementing maintenance plans.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment failures.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
