Experience: 5 - 8 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Location: Vikhroli West

Shift: Rotational Shifts

*Process Requirement: US Process experience is mandatory

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills

Smart personality with a pleasing voice

Strong customer handling abilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing Teams of Inbound Customer Support team members.

Maintaining quality parameters and providing accurate information

Providing complete and correct information using appropriate tools and methods

Handling customer complaints and providing suitable solutions within defined timelines

Following up to ensure issue resolution

Team handling

Reporting on Daily Basis

Process Automation

Preparing Process Related SOP

Rostering, MIS
