What they need
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle operation and maintenance of Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Steam & Condensate and Hot Water Systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted steam and hot utility supply to production.
- Monitor steam generation, pressure, temperature, fuel consumption and utility efficiency.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Manage boiler water treatment, chemical dosing and fuel consumption.
- Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation teams.
- Ensure safety, statutory, environmental and SOP compliance.
- Supervise utility operators and contract manpower.
- Drive energy saving, efficiency improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Support audits, statutory inspections and shutdown activities.
