Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical professional with strong expertise in CNC/VMC machine assembly, post/frame assembly, machine manufacturing, troubleshooting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead VMC/CNC post and frame assembly, alignment, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Manage CNC/VMC machine manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Plan and execute production activities to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
• Lead and supervise engineers, technicians, and junior team members.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for mechanical and assembly issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, Electrical, and other departments.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, QMS, KPI, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, tools, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, SOPs, and delivery requirements.
• Drive improvements in productivity, quality, assembly efficiency, and cycle time.

Preferred: Candidates from CNC/VMC machine manufacturing, machine tool manufacturing, CNC machine building, or machine assembly backgrounds.
