Assistant Manager, Volunteer Programme

As an Assistant Manager, Volunteer Programme, you will be responsible for the following duties:-

• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, screening, onboarding, orientation and role matching.
• Plan and manage volunteer deployment across clinical and non-clinical programmes.
• Maintain volunteer records, attendance, service hours, training records and programme documentation.
• Develop initiatives to enhance volunteer engagement, communication, recognition and retention.
• Build relationships with internal departments, community organisations, schools and corporate partners.
• Ensure compliance with volunteer policies, safety and confidentiality requirements, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in healthcare administration, social sciences, community development, human resources or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in volunteer management, community programmes, patient services or programme coordination.
