Assistant Manager - Warehouse Management

What you'll be doing

• Lead a team of supervisors to manage front-line staff to perform the daily warehousing operations, in compliance of company operation procedures.
• Maintain strict compliance with health & safety, regulatory and quality standards.
• Assist to develop WMS and other improvement projects to optimize the operation efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance to monitor and improve warehouse KPIs.
• Manage company 3PL business development.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in warehousing management and staff supervision.
• Good experience to manage warehouse operation improvement projects and 3PL business in meeting customer KPIs.
• Sound communication, leadership and staff management skills.
• Good knowledge in quality and environment management system (e.g. ISO 9001 and 14001) is an advantage.
• Competency in MS Office applications and WMS.

Working hours:

Monday-Friday: 9:00 - 18:00

Saturday: 9:00 - 12:00 (Alternative Saturday)

5.5 days per week
