• Coordinates, plans and facilitates health and fitness

activities and programs for clients

• Designing and implementing policies and procedures that improve overall health and wellbeing of clients
• Leads a comprehensive wellness program
• Develops promotion and publicity plans for wellness and fitness programs throughout the organization.
• Assists the management in the development of budget, policies, and procedures relevant to the operation of the wellness program.
• Health & wellness vendor management - Network/ Provider access & coordination
