Assistant Manager/Dy.Manager- Warehouse

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the 3PL does their work as per company guidelines and if any discrepancies found shall be intimated to HOD immediately.
• Develop strong and integrated relationships with 3PL warehouse partners and communicate our business model accurately to them.
• Oversee daily 3PL transactions to ensure all required processes are completed in a timely manner; including the processing of inbound shipments and outbound shipments.
• Monitor and ensure proper stacking and storage of products in Despatch area.
• Monitor and ensure timely picking-up of Product from Warehouse as per pick list.
• Monitor and ensure timely capture of serial number of all invoice which are generated in system same day.
• Monitor and ensure timely order processing and delivery of products to customers as per outbound.
• Monitor and ensure proper packing of products to avoid any damage in transit.
• Monitor and control correct product, quantity etc. are despatched to right customer.
• Ensure complete and proper utilization of space.
• Reconcile inventory on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Oversee and manage regular stock counting and stock taking activities.
• Ensure 0% variation of material and if any short excess, damaged etc. noticed shall be intimated to HOD.
• Responsible for timely resolve of discrepancies as needed and perform cycle counts when appropriate.
• Maintain and implementation of 6S at 3PL Warehouse area by ensuring inspection and compliance to 6S requirements and accordingly to maintain applicable documentation of the same.
• Preparation and analysis of various MIS reports like Product inward report, Product delivery or despatch (outward) report, Inventory or stock reconciliation report etc.
• Monitor and ensure all inward and despatch documentation are properly maintained by 3PL Team and if & when required submit to the concerned HOD.
