About the Client

Our client is an F&B brand and they are looking for a hands-on and all-rounded Finance Manager.

About the Role

• Report directly to the CFO.
• Manage a broad range of finance responsibilities, including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and finance operations.
• Build and maintain Excel-based reports, financial models and dashboards for management review.
• Work closely with operations, procurement and outlet managers to improve cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, purchasing trends and working capital, highlighting potential risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support cash-flow planning, payment scheduling and ad hoc commercial analysis for the CFO.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing, reconciliations, reporting and finance controls.
• Review existing finance processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data accuracy and reporting quality.
• Support enhancements to finance, POS, inventory, procurement or reporting systems.
• Work effectively in a lean finance team.
• Support ad hoc projects, including new outlet openings, business cases, operational improvement initiatives and management presentations.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• HKICPA/ACCA/CPAA qualified.
• At least 8 years of accounting and finance experience, ideally gained in F&B, hospitality, retail, FMCG business.
• FP&A experience is required.
• Good understanding of F&B cost drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, financial modelling, data analysis and management reporting.
• Experience working with POS, inventory, procurement, accounting or business-reporting systems is preferred.
• Able to translate financial information into practical recommendations for operations and outlet management.
• Comfortable working independently and managing detailed finance work in a fast-paced, growing business.
• Proactive, commercially minded and keen to improve processes and systems.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Immediately available is an advantage.
