• BE Mechanical Electrical Relevant with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
• Job Description
• Execution Management for all MEP T Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Technology BMS Access Control CCTV Audio Visual works for new projects and retrofits in owned leased buildings
• Manage execution of HVAC System Electrical System Plumbing and Fire Systems BMS System Access Control System CCTV Security system for commercial buildings
• Understand design intent and ensure execution is in line with design
• Managing effective coordination and commissioning of various sub systems in commercial buildings
• Quality and Cost Management during execution
• Safety Management in execution
• Ensure successful and timely completion of the projects
• Support for LEED and various other green building performance certifications
• Support for statutory approvals in line with corporate governance guidelines
• Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses
• Manage other Infrastructure related works
