Assistant Manager/Manager, Unit Trust Dealing (Operations)

Our Operations Department is seeking high-caliber candidate to join the Unit Trust Dealing Team:

Responsibilities

• To process various kinds of procedures in compliance with Company’s policies and regulatory requirement, especially in tasks relating to new client onboarding, KYC, AML, FATCA and CRS.
• To perform administrative duties on funds ordering related job tasks.
• To handle NAV calculations and reconciliation, updating prices of investment holdings, trades matching and settlement follow up, cash and position reconciliation for Unit Trusts, ETF & MPF funds.
• Assist in audit process for preparation of interim / annual financial reports.
• To handle systems and automation related development with internal and external parties.
• To handle job tasks in detailed minded with strong multi-tasking capabilities and excellent time management skills.
• Work closely with clients, fund managers and other third parties on daily operational issues in professional manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, preferably with a major in Accounting, Finance with a minimum of 3–5 years of solid working experience in new client onboarding, KYC, AML, FATCA , CRS and UT operation in fund houses/asset management companies or trustees.
• Able to work independently with strong problem solving and communication skills
• Prudent, self-motivated, sincere, positive and well-organized.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in PC application including Excel and Word.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior level position.
