Join Our Team! JM Street Menswear is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our Berry Hill location. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines customer service, production, inventory management, and daily store operations. You'll work directly with customers preparing for weddings, proms, and other special events while helping ensure the store operates smoothly each day. What You'll Do

● Assist customers with tuxedo and suit rentals from start to finish.

● Measure customers and conduct fittings to ensure the perfect fit. ● Help customers select tuxedos, suits, and accessories for their event.

● Prepare rental orders and perform quality checks before customer pickup.

● Install studs, cufflinks, and accessories on garments. ● Receive, inspect, and process returned garments.

● Maintain inventory organization and showroom appearance.

● Open and close the store following company procedures. ● Assist with production, inventory, and daily operational tasks.

● Support the Store Manager with daily operations and customer service. Qualifications

● Retail or customer service experience preferred.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent attention to detail.

● Dependable and punctual.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

● Ability to learn men's formalwear fitting and styling.

● Leadership experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule

● Friday, Saturday, and Monday availability preferred.

● Saturday availability is required.

● Part-time or Full-time opportunities available.

Physical Requirements ● Stand and walk for extended periods.

● Lift and carry garment bags and inventory up to 25 pounds.

● Bend, reach, and organize inventory as needed.
