Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide tailored product or service recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
• Manage daily store operations including cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining cash management procedures
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and follow-up to encourage repeat business
• Oversee sales management activities such as promoting products, upselling, and managing client accounts to maximize profit & loss outcomes
• Handle loan processing and collections when applicable, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and customer agreements
• Maintain store presentation standards, stock levels, and merchandising according to company guidelines

Requirements

• Proven experience in assistant management or retail sales roles with leadership responsibilities
• Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is advantageous; familiarity with loan collections and processing is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and financial software for record keeping and reporting
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team management
• Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling accuracy, and 10-key typing proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in store management or retail management is preferred
