Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
Work Days: 6 days/week (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Having these capabilities, Vibgyor Energy provides both CAPEX & OPEX solutions for its clients. Vibgyor has experience of 100+MW of EPC contracts across India, Africa, Sri Lanka and Nepal with end-to end project management. Their services encompass the entire solar project lifecycle,including design, installation, and maintenance, supplemented by innovative financing strategies that make solar energy both accessible and economically viable.
About the role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/Senior Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in utility-scale and rooftop/ground mount solar projects, with a strong foundation in solar pv design engineering, and energy yield analysis.
Key Skills Required
- PVsyst Proficiency in solar energy simulation and yield assessment
- SketchUp 3D modeling for solar plant layouts
- AutoCAD Electrical and civil design
- Arka360 (Solarlabs) Preliminary Design Analysis
- Solar Plant Layout Design End-to-end plant layout planning
- Electrical Design & SLD Preparation Single Line Diagram preparation and electrical system design
- Yield Assessment & Energy Generation Analysis Detailed energy modeling and performance analysis
- BOQ Preparation & Technical Documentation Bill of Quantities and supporting technical documentation
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Utility-Scale & Ground Mount and Rooftop Solar Projects
- Strong Solar Design Engineering Knowledge (knowledge on BESS design would be an advantage)
- Expertise in Design Optimization & Energy Yield Analysis
- Excellent Communication & Project Coordination Skills from Proposal to Detailed Design Engineering
Who Should Apply?
Minimum Experience: 5-6 years
Educational Qualification: Bachelors of Engineering/Technology
