Assistant Manager/Shift Supervisor/Associate

DeliverMe Pizza is now hiring all positions for our Lacombe LA location! We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals who are reliable and will represent our brand well. Whether you are looking for a part-time or to start a full-time career… we offer competitive wages and the opportunity to grow in a fun and fast paced environment.

Positions inside the shop include:

Assistant Manager/Shift Supervisor

As an Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing total store operations during your shift. This will include opening or closing the shop, overseeing employees, ensuring that our food quality and customer service standards are always maintained, and ensuring that orders are prepared and completed consistently and in a timely fashion.

This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to motivate your staff, excellent personal leadership skills, the ability to maintain composure under pressure, good organizational skills, and great customer service standards.

We are currently hiring to fill both part-time and full-time positions. Prior management experience (at least one year of direct management responsibility in the food service industry) is a must, and experience at a pizza shop is a plus.

Pizza Maker

As a pizza maker you will learn how to stretch and prepare fresh dough, and add the perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and fresh ingredients to your great pizzas. Pizza consistency is key to the success of any pizza shop, so this position is a critical part of our operation. Experience in making pizzas is preferred but not required. Professionalism, reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to take and follow directions are a must for this position.

Cut Table

The cut table is the final step in the shop, keeping the whole pizza process moving with the crew counting on you. You’ll be the one to take pizzas from the oven to the cutting table, slice and box them, and making sure each order gets the proper sides and are labeled correctly for pickup.

Prior experience in this position is not required but is a plus. Attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work well with others while under pressure are a must.

Front Counter

As the first impression of DeliverMe Pizza to our walk-in and phone customers, this position is key to our overall success. Excellent customer service delivered with a smile, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work well with others are key for the front counter position.

Delivery Drivers

As a DeliverMe Pizza delivery driver, you are the first (and sometimes the only) impression customers have of us. Your contact with every customer plays an essential role that ensures that our customers are happy and continue to shop with us as you deliver products in a safe and timely manner.

As a delivery driver, you are the face of DeliverMe Pizza! This position requires attention to detail, great communication and customer service skills, and the ability to represent our brand well as you uphold and represent a great image to our customers
