What they need
1. Handle Toolroom machines VMC, EDM, W/C, Conventional Machines.
2. Planning of tool room machines workload on daily basis.
3. Make Process plan of individual Steel part.
4. Provide Technical solution to Machine Operators on day-to-day basis.
5. Visit Suppliers to review Progress of Steel child parts under Mfg.
6. Prepare NC Programs of VMC three axis and 5 Axis Machines.
7. Planning & Execution of ATC on VMC's.
8. Drive Mfg. team towards continuous improvement approach.
9. Prepare Mfg. MIS.
10. Attend Mould Trials & participate in Injection Moulds trouble shooting.
11. Technically lead Mfg. team to update Mfg. processes & approach.
