Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager supports the design, coordination, and execution of expansion Project of NSTP, Special economic Zone management, incubation, innovation, and ecosystem development initiatives at the Science & Technology Park. This is an execution-focused developmental role designed to groom the incumbent toward independent program leadership through structured exposure to innovation program management.

• Serve as operational point of contact for assigned NSTP based innovation programs

• Coordinate communication, follow-ups, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders

• Track milestones, deliverables, and KPIs of projects and startup/companies

• Monitor submissions, participation, and compliance requirements.

• Escalate operational challenges faced under project and programs.

• Support IP facilitation coordination with internal IP teams.

• Support annual tenant evaluation exercises and data validation.

• Cross functional support on activities assigned

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely execution of assigned programs.

• Startup engagement and participation levels.

• Accuracy of reporting and documentation.

• Quality of stakeholder coordination.

• Effective delivery of trainings and mentorship activities.

• In process of pursuing a required degree.

• Medically unfit.
