Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to senior management.

• Manage schedules, meetings, and business travel arrangements.

• Translate and interpret between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia

• Coordinate with internal teams and Mandarin-speaking business partners.

• Handle documents, reports, and confidential information.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).

• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.

• Minimum D3/S1 in a relevant field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• HSK Level 3 or above is preferred.
