Assistant Marcom Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven and creative Assistant Marcom Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Hotel Armada (PJ) Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing communications strategies to support the brand and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, print, and digital advertising
• Creating engaging content such as web copy, blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
• Analyzing campaign performance and providing insights to optimize future marketing efforts
• Supporting the planning and organization of events and trade shows
• Monitoring industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for the brand

What we're looking for

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a marketing communications or similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in various marketing tools and software, including social media platforms, content management systems, and data analytics
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong project management and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
