Assistant Marcom Manager

About the role

Plan, manage, and drive marketing communication strategies across online and offline channels to attract target groups including exhibitors and visitors, achieving the objectives of the trade show. Oversee the event's image, manage budgets, and lead team/agency execution before and during the on-site event.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage marketing communication strategy and campaigns for the Exhibition targeting both B2B (exhibitors/businesses) and B2C (general visitors)
• Manage Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) across Digital Media (Facebook, LINE OA, TikTok, Website, Email Marketing) and Traditional Media (advertising boards, radio, newspapers/trade magazines)
• Control the timeline for releasing advertising materials according to the pre-show promotion schedule
• Develop press releases, organize press conferences, and opening ceremonies
• Select and negotiate with Media Partners, KOLs, Influencers, and manage Media Buying
• Oversee outsourced teams/agencies such as video production and advertising teams to ensure quality
• Manage media relations teams, photographers, and live streaming or real-time content creation during the event
• Monitor pre-registration and analyze target audience behavior to adjust media strategy
• Prepare post-show marketing reports, analyze the effectiveness of each media channel, measure ROI and budget usage after the event
