Assistant, Marketing Admin

Purpose of the role

The role is responsible to support the department with all the administrative related issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Create and manage the POs for invoicing.

● Load vendors.

● Managing the administration of display boards and relevant sample stock & budgets.

● Compile and manage minutes.

● Perform admin tasks for the credit card payments for the team.

● Perform all tasks to keep suppliers payments current.

● Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

● Assist in keeping the image database up to date and accessible for the designer.

● Plan and organise team events/functions.

● Order promotional gifts & collateral as and when requested.

● Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

● Assist and attend tradeshows when required.

● Competitor analysis quarterly.

Requirements

● Grade 12.

● Marketing qualifi cation - advantageous

● At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing space

● Experience with multi-stakeholder management

● Working Closely with agencies and Relationship building

● Experience in online sales/marketing
