As the Assistant Marketing & Promotions Manager, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, tenant engagement programmes, events and placemaking initiatives across a premier office portfolio. Working closely with internal stakeholders, tenants and external partners, you will help deliver innovative experiences spanning wellness, sustainability, arts, culture, F&B and lifestyle, while strengthening community engagement and enhancing the overall workplace experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional strategies for Taikoo Place and associated office portfolio initiatives
• Coordinate and implement tenant engagement programmes, including community-building, wellness, sustainability, arts and cultural initiatives
• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, events and experiential activations from concept development through execution and post-campaign evaluation
• Assist in organising art exhibitions, installations, cultural programmes and placemaking activities that enrich the workplace experience
• Collaborate with the Cityplaza marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns and cross-platform promotional opportunities
• Develop and implement F&B and lifestyle programmes to drive engagement among office tenants and visitors
• Develop and manage marketing communications across offline touchpoints, including signage, promotional and branding materials, event collateral and tenant communications, while supporting content creation for selected digital channels.
• Liaise with tenants, business partners, agencies, event organisers, vendors and community organisations to ensure smooth programme delivery
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and administrative processes to ensure efficient programme execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation.
• Support presentations, proposals and management reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, communications, customer engagement or related fields
• Experience in delivering placemaking strategies to strengthen workplace experience, increase tenant engagement and foster community connections and transforming physical spaces into vibrant cultural hubs would be highly desirable
• Experience in property, office, retail, hospitality, lifestyle, arts and culture, or event marketing is preferred
• Proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns, events and partnership programmes
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and execution-focused with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and external partners
• Strong creative mindset with an interest in placemaking, community engagement, wellness and lifestyle trends
• Good writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
