About the role

This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of marketing events and projects, including promotional campaigns, award ceremonies, seminars, exhibitions, and project launches from concept development to completion. You will manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and oversee event logistics to ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events and projects, including promotional campaigns, award ceremonies, seminars, exhibitions, and project launches
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, agencies, suppliers, and venue partners to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality deliverables
• Oversee event logistics, including venue management, event setup, on-site operations, stakeholder coordination, and post-event follow-up
• Monitor and evaluate campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Develop and review marketing content, including promotional materials, social media content, EDMs, video scripts, presentation materials, and marketing collaterals
• Support digital marketing initiatives and work closely with creative and content teams to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify new marketing opportunities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality standards
• Undertake ad hoc marketing projects and assignments as directed by management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, event management, project management, or related fields
• Proven experience in planning and managing marketing campaigns, events, or exhibitions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, capable of working independently and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong copywriting and content development skills in written Chinese and Chinese typing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools is highly preferred
• Experience in budget planning and vendor management is an advantage
• Willingness to work occasionally on weekends or public holidays as required
