Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the marketing and brand development of company’s brands.
• Develop Market trends, manage marketing forecasting and budget planning to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Execute promotion campaigns through relevant digital and social media channels
• Support on-site social media video shoots, including preparation and coordination.
• Manage social media platforms, content marketing, digital advertising, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities, and campaign performance to optimize marketing initiatives.
• Support ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the manager when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related discipline.
• 5 years or above of relevant working experience in Marketing or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and other graphic design software is required.
• Hands-on experience in organizing and managing exhibitions, trade shows, or marketing events will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, or analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, beauty, wellness or health supplement industry is preferred.
• Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 6:30pm

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Off
