Assistant Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

360° Marketing Campaign Support and Execution

• Partner closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to conceptualize and execute integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns for our premium bedding brands, covering digital marketing, performance marketing, in-store/retail experiences, events, roadshows, and cross-brand partnerships.
• Drive digital acquisition and data-driven campaigns; monitor, analyze, and interpret digital ad reports and metrics to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Support the development and seamless execution of POS and VM strategies to elevate brand image and maximize retail sales conversion.
• Managing timelines, agencies and vendor relationships to ensure flawless delivery.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer retention and drive repeat purchases.

Team Mentorship & Support

• Provide day-to-day guidance and troubleshooting support to subordinate team members to solve execution challenges
• Closely support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing and co-creating marketing campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7–9 years of solid marketing experience in retail, luxury goods, premium home-related sectors, or home appliances
• Experience in supervising and guiding subordinate team members
• Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Excellent English and Chinese language skills.
