Assistant Marketing Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to drive growth and lead integrated 360° marketing campaigns. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will own multi-brand digital and offline strategies, elevate brand identity, and optimize lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline channels to boost brand visibility and center enrollments.
• Strategy ownership of SEO/SEM, paid media performance, email marketing, and website content to maximize conversion and parent lead acquisition.
• Oversee content calendars and community engagement across all core social platforms.
• Partner closely with center directors, internal cross-functional teams, and external agencies to ensure campaign execution matches business goals.
• Analyze campaign data, build performance reports, and deliver actionable insights to continually optimize marketing ROI.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints while supporting the CMO on parent engagement initiatives and growth projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven marketing experience (Brand-side or Agency background welcome).
• Prior experience in education is highly preferred (candidates with broader education sector experience will also be considered).
• Proven track record running end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, digital media management, SEO/SEM, and Google/Social analytics tools.
• Strong storytelling capabilities, multi-project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and top-notch stakeholder communication.
