Assistant Marketing Manager

Reporting to Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting senior manager to implement, launch, promote, drive integrated marketing campaigns, brand strategies and support business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Marketing/Operations Department about implementing and developing attractive promotional events which follow the preplanned selling plan;
• Work closely with retail operation and store managers to ensure that store layouts, promotions items and display are effective in maximizing sales and profit;
• Develop and implement in-store promotion plans, including seasonal campaigns, sales events, product demo, sampling activities, free gift offers, and other retail activities programs;
• Support in reviewing campaign results, promotion and sales performance, stock keeping unit movement, and prepare post event results with recommendations for continuing improvement;
• Develop and monitor branding and promotion for OEM products (including wellness, cosmetics, wellness and health care products);
• Provide support for Customer Relationship including the coordination of promotional communications, member offers, and customer-engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline;
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, solid experience in FMCG, beauty or consumer product industries is preferred;
• Hands-on experience in planning, organizing and executing retail promotions, in-store product launches;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong team spirit, can work with retail operation team, marketing, logistics and other internal department and external suppliers effectively;
• Strong in project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Proactive, result oriented driven, with a willingness to monitor in-shop events in non-office hours occasionally;
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English;
• Proficiency in using MS Office, Outlook, as well as artificial intelligence applications, design software or digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Immediately available or short-notice period is preferred.
