Assistant Marketing Manager (e-Commerce)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly conversion-driven marketer with solid e-commerce and promotional experience to join our young, energetic team. Operating within a fast-paced, startup-like culture backed by HK01, this role focuses heavily on driving bottom-funnel performance. You will take extreme ownership of platform traffic, executing targeted event and SKU-level promotions to hit strict conversion KPIs and maximize ticket sales.

Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce & Platform Operations: Manage the daily operations of the 01Space ticketing platform, including product listings, order fulfillment, promotional setups, and content preparation.

• SKU & Event-Level Promotion: Spearhead targeted promotional campaigns across the platform, focusing specifically on individual events and SKUs to drive ticket sales and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).

• Conversion Optimization: Take direct ownership of conversion-based KPIs. Design and execute high-converting tactical promotions (e.g., flash sales, promo codes, exclusive bundling) and continuously A/B test marketing channels to drive ROI.

• Omnichannel Campaign Management: Plan and oversee the launch timeline for comprehensive deliverables across a 360-degree marketing mix (Social Media, Display Banners, Native Ads, SEM, SEO, EDM, Push Notifications, O2O Roadshows, etc.).

• Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor daily key metrics, analyze user traffic and market data, and translate insights into actionable optimizations to improve the end-to-end customer journey.

• Partnership Collaboration: Nurture strong relationships with event organizers and external partners to seek brand exposure and leverage mutual brand value.

Requirements & Culture Fit

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Targeted Experience: 3-year solid, hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing and tactical promotions, ideally within a ticketing, marketplace, or high-volume retail platform.

• Analytical & KPI-Driven: Proven track record of taking ownership of direct sales targets, with a deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.

• Startup Agility: Thrives in a highly energetic, fast-paced "startup-style" environment; comfortable pivoting quickly to capitalize on new market trends.

• Results & Team-Oriented: Relentlessly focused on outcomes with a strong appetite for hitting GMV targets, while remaining a highly collaborative player who brings positive energy to the team.

• Proactive Mindset: Possesses a resilient "can-do" attitude with a strong bias for action, ready to roll up your sleeves and work independently to get things done.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment. Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
