Assistant Meat Manager

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around the meat room, takes pride in quality and presentation, and understands that great service and a great team make all the difference.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead by example — support the Meat Manager in running a successful, high-performing department.
• Show off your craft — cut, trim, prepare, and merchandise a variety of fresh meat products.
• Make quality a priority — maintain the highest standards of freshness, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Keep the department running strong — assist with ordering, inventory, merchandising, and shrink control.
• Build a winning team — help train, motivate, and support department associates.
• Make customers feel welcome — share your product knowledge and deliver the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.
• Take pride in the details — keep displays full, attractive, organized, and ready to impress.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Previous meat cutting experience and a solid understanding of fresh meat operations.
• Leadership skills and a team-first attitude.
• Knowledge of meat preparation, merchandising, and product quality.
• A passion for customer service and helping customers find exactly what they need.
• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
