What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate a team of membership sales professionals

Drive membership sales and help the club achieve its goals

Train, coach, and develop new and existing team members

Build relationships with prospective and current members

Assist with daily club operations and sales strategy

Create an energetic, positive, and results-driven environment
