About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at our Kwun Tong District location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving sales and optimising product presentation across our retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Independent handling all product specifications, samples, cost with customers, suppliers and factories
• Follow up all aspect of customers, production processes, quality and shipment schedules and related matters
• Eliaise with factories to ensure quality control, packing requirements on time delivery
• Assist the team to follow up from sample development to bulk production
• Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process.
• Support with shipping by coordinating with our logistics partners
• China travel may require
• Handle ad hoc tasks as requested

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years relevant experience in manufacturing handbag field. Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail merchandising role, ideally within the fashion, accessories or consumer products sector
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, retail best practices and customer psychology
• Excellent eye for detail and creative flair with the ability to translate brand vision into compelling displays
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with retail management or merchandising software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed merchandising decisions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and with external stakeholders
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including potential weekend and evening shifts
• Knowledge of bags, accessories and fashion products is highly desirable
