Assistant Merchandiser

About the role

Follow up orders from products development to bulk production. Responsible for merchandising process, production & purchase order, follow up with buyers and suppliers, monitor shipment fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up orders from products development to bulk production;
• Manage merchandising process, production & purchase order;
• Follow up with buyers and suppliers and monitor shipment fulfilment;
• Liaise with suppliers, factories and internal parties such as Sales Dept., Production Dept. & R&D Team to perform sourcing activities;
• Ensure products are on-time delivery and meet client requirements;
• Support the Sales Team to manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.

About you

• HKDSE or above;
• 1-3 year relevant experience in manufacturing / trading industry;
• Experience in F&B Industry is an advantage;
• Able to work independently, detail-minded & self-motivated working attitude;
• Good command of both written & spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, Word) including Chinese word processing;
• Fresh graduates welcome.
