China Business Highlights Our China operations is a critical growth engine for the business, operating in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets in vitamins, minerals and supplements. Jamieson has built tremendous momentum in 2025 and has significantly outpaced market growth in China. In China's highly promising commercial market, Jamieson has been developing rapidly and occupies an important marketing position with its extensive and in-depth layout. Currently, Jamieson has completed a strategic multi-channel sales and marketing layout, with marketing channels covering mainstream social media such as Redbook, Douyin, Weibo, BiliBili, etc., continuously outputting high-quality content, shaping brand image, and enhancing visibility and reputation. Our sales channels are stationed on Tmall, JD, VIP, Redbook, PDD, Douyin, Kuaishou and other headline e-commerce platforms, and we have also reached in-depth cooperation with domestic and international famous retail channels such as COSTCO, Sam’s, Watson's, etc., to maximize the product's penetration. Presently, we have introduced over 140 SKUs into the Chinese market, offering a rich and diverse range of products. These include basic vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin C, Vitamin B, Vitamin E, Calcium, and Magnesium, catering to consumers' daily nutritional supplement needs. Overall Responsibilities The candidate supports the FP&A Manager with execution, coordination, and data accuracy-focused responsibilities Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Budget and Forecast Support
• Budget Compilation & Coordination
• Responsible for preparing China BU’s annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and 5-year LRP; support HQ/local BU communication via draft materials and other communication files/decks.
• Responsible for quantifying business initiative financial impacts; collect data to validate assumptions, evaluate viable options and draft preliminary recommendations.
• Result Tracking & Analysis
• Conduct actual vs. budget variance analysis, draft commentaries, and identify root causes for performance insights.
• Responsible for tracking China BU financial target progress (including profit management) and draft updates.
• Support risk/opportunity assessment for financial targets; assist in developing mitigation/capitalization plans.
• Assist in refine commercial/operating KPIs, track performance and report deviations.
• Commercial Finance Support
• Commercial Operation Support
• Act as Finance Business Partner to commercial teams; provide financial guidance to sales, marketing, product, and operations.
• building/analyzing business cases for new initiatives/distribution channels.
• Analyze profitability by channel, platform, product etc as necessary to help drive actions to improve business performance
• Work with commercial teams and accounting team to manage the spend and tracking of trade and commercial expenses. This includes review, approval, tracking against expectations, and ensure appropriate monthly accrual entry and backup
• Innovation & Costing Assistance
• Assist in building financial analysis models for NPI, pricing, and costing, provide financial guidance for NPI P&L .
• Internal & External Reporting Support
• Assist in timely, accurate preparation of monthly/quarterly/ad hoc reports (HQ/external investors); ensure data accuracy via cross-verification.
• Support variance analysis and explanation; draft forward-looking implication notes.
• Participate in finance-related IBP processes; coordinate data collection with cross-functional teams.
• Ad Hoc Projects & Process Optimization
• Support ad hoc projects (targeted financial analyses, process automation initiatives) as assigned.
• Document project progress/outcomes and share findings with the team.

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• 5+ years in a financial role, with a combination of commercial experience and financial reporting experience, 2+years in a commercial BP or FP&A role is required.
• Experience in E-commerce or FMCG industry is required, big 4 or MNC trainee experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and experience with financial modelling
• Excellent time management skills (ability to multitask, manage deadlines and prioritize deliverables)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) to ensure effective and smooth communication.
