About the role
Operate and oversee the flour milling process to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient production.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the flour milling process to achieve production and quality targets
- Inspect production equipment, report abnormalities promptly, and assist in process troubleshooting
- Collaborate with the Quality Control, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Comply with workplace safety, food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and Halal Assurance System requirements
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
About you
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Relevant experience in flour milling or food manufacturing is an advantage
- Willing to work in rotating shifts
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
