Assistant Mis Manager accounts

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as required by management.

• Design and maintain MIS dashboards, KPI trackers and performance reports.

• Collect, validate, consolidate and analyse data from departments/projects/locations.

• Track key business and financial metrics and highlight major variances.

• Prepare management presentations and analytical reports.

• Automate recurring MIS reports and improve reporting efficiency.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness and integrity.

• Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, Projects, IT and other departments for data requirements.

• Support budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc management analysis.

• Maintain MIS templates, reporting calendars and data controls.

Preferred candidate profile

• Advanced MS Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query and dashboards.

• ERP reporting knowledge; SQL knowledge is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

• Excellent Excel and reporting capability.

• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Ability to work with large data sets and tight deadlines.

• Good communication and presentation skills.
