Assistant Network Engineer / Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day network maintenance and operational support for customer environments.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ad hoc network and cybersecurity fault cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure fast incident resolution.
• Provide outside work and non-office hour support on an on-call basis.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields (strong self-taught IT backgrounds are welcome).
• Career-pivot candidates must possess foundational IT knowledge and a basic understanding of networking.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for IT support are highly welcome.
• Solid logical troubleshooting skills and basic knowledge of security concepts.
• CCNA certification is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
