This is an opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who is ready to step into a greater leadership role, develop their management skills and build a long-term career within one of Melbourne’s leading Toyota dealer groups.

The Opportunity

Working closely with our New and Used Vehicle Management teams, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, customer experience and team development.

You will be responsible for helping lead a high-performing sales team, maximising every sales opportunity and ensuring we consistently achieve and exceed our targets.

What we're looking for

• Proven success in automotive sales with a demonstrated history of exceeding targets
• Current experience as a Senior Sales Consultant, 2IC, Assistant Manager or similar leadership role
• A genuine hunger to win and achieve results
• Strong understanding of vehicle sales, finance, trade-ins and gross profit
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable
• Strong CRM, follow-up and pipeline management skills
• Excellent customer experience focus
• High energy, resilience and a positive attitude
• A professional approach and strong work ethic
• The ambition to progress into a Sales Manager or senior leadership position

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the Sales Managers in achieving and exceeding monthly targets
• Leading by example and driving a high-performance sales culture
• Coaching and developing sales consultants
• Monitoring sales activity, conversion and follow-up
• Maximising finance, warranty, accessories and other value-add opportunities
• Supporting appraisal and trade-in processes
• Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional CX
• Assisting with daily sales operations and performance management
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and profitability
• Helping create an environment where the team wants to win
