We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Night Manager to join us on a permanent contract of a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Your day-to-day

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Assistant Night Manager you'll deliver this through key responsibilities including:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of front office operations in the night
• Assist with guest queries via phone.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests.
• Accurate and timely completion of the night duties including auditing, daily reporting and amenity deliveries.
• Ability to train & develop team members.

What we need from you

• 2-3 years related experience.
• OPERA experience will be held in high regard.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office systems.
• Problem-solving, training and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in the Hospitality Industry in a guest-facing position.
