We have an exciting new vacancy for an Assistant Night Manager to join our team at The Britannia International Hotel, one of the first hotels to be built in the iconic Canary Wharf. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with the supervision of the night team, including training and rotas
• Supporting the Night Audit and checking guests in and out
• Assisting with hotel security and responding to guest requirements overnight
• Carrying out regular site walks and security checks of fire exits and public areas
• Helping set up rooms for events and clearing them afterwards as required
• Ensuring an accurate handover is provided for the next team on duty
• Supporting the smooth running of hotel operations and maintaining high standards of guest service throughout the night

The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality supervisory experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently overnight. Knowledge of Opera Cloud would be advantageous but is not essential.
