Assistant Nursing Superintendent

• Oversee the daily operations of the hospital's nursing department.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage and supervise a team of nurses to achieve optimal performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of nursing practice.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nursing Superintendent or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Qualification: GNM, BSc Nursing
• Must able to speak local language Kannada

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
