Assistant Nursing Suprintendent

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Sc Nursing preferred
• Minimum 8 years of clinical nursing experience, including 6+ years in supervisory/administrative roles
• Sound knowledge of NABH standards and hospital accreditation processes
• Proficiency in nursing management and quality assurance

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Commitment to ethical nursing practice and patient-centered care
• Required 8-10 Years experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
