What they need
You’re the person people trust to keep things moving. You remember the follow-up and enjoy helping someone get an answer. If you like a busy day with a mix of people, paperwork, and practical problems to solve, we’d like to meet you.
About Sylvie
Sylvie Jewelry is a family-owned fine jewelry brand celebrating life’s most meaningful moments. Inspired by our founders’ own love story, our “Built on Love” ethos shapes the jewelry we create and the experiences we deliver. Nearly 20 years later, Sylvie and Ian Levine remain active in the business, and our collections are carried by hundreds of retailers across North America.
As a growing, generational business, we believe our people are our greatest asset. We value high performance, strong relationships, and the everyday effort it takes to make our customers happy.
Your role
Working closely with our Office Manager and Bookkeeper, you’ll support sales representatives, order processing, payments, and daily office operations. The Office Manager will guide your priorities and training as you learn the business.
- Process sales representative orders, set up customer accounts, and prepare weekly reports. Keep addresses and account notes accurate and support other RightClick tasks as needed.
- Record cash receipts and help with invoices, expenses, reconciliations, and outstanding balances. Process vendor payments, and trouble payment or receipt issues as they arise.
- Welcome visitors and provide backup for shipping, receiving, and fulfillment. Keep supplies, deliveries, confidential paperwork, and routine office management procedures on track.
You will thrive here if
- You follow through. You track what’s pending, get answers, and let people know when something is complete.
- You get the details right. You check orders, addresses, and payment records before small errors become bigger problems.
- You stay organized as priorities shift. You can handle an interruption and return to the work that still needs finishing.
- You make things easier for people. You listen, solve practical problems, and give customers and coworkers clear, timely updates.
- You use good judgment. You protect confidential information and ask questions before guessing about an unfamiliar task or transaction.
Experience and skills
Experience in office administration, order processing, bookkeeping support, accounts receivable or accounts payable is preferred. You should be comfortable learning business software and working accurately with customer and financial records. Experience in the jewelry industry is helpful, but not required.
Apply with your resume and a brief example of how your organization or follow-through helped a customer or coworker.
