Assistant Officer - Corporate Account

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers
• Support the team in achieving assigned business targets and implementing customer-growth strategies
• Understand customers’ needs, handle enquiries professionally and provide appropriate service solutions
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and assist in identifying new business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and smooth delivery of customer requirements
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management, Business Management or related disciplines
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in third-party logistics, will have an advantage
• Strong interest in customer relationship management, business development and the logistics industry
• Sound organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Account Executive
