Assistant Officer, HR Services

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee enquiries relating to HR processes, policies, employee data and documentation.
• Support the delivery of consistent HR services and employee experience across Hong Kong.
• Assist in reviewing and updating HR procedures, guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support the communication and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and employee information through internal HR platforms.
• Work closely with HR colleagues and other teams to ensure employee requests and HR matters are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
• Provide support to HR projects, process improvement initiatives and other HR transformation activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• General understanding of HR practices and the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance would be an advantage.
• Detail-minded, well-organised and able to handle tasks accurately and efficiently.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools; prior experience with HR service platforms is an advantage but not essential.
• Interest in HR operations, process improvement and delivering a positive employee experience.
