What they need
- Prepare Document for each customer shipment on daily basis.
- Ensure that all shipment to customer arrive on time based on ETA.
- Arrange transport to pickup and load all items based on gate pass.
- Maintain and enforce operation discipline at leader and operator level for daily activities.
- Maintain and supervise overall operation of warehouse, to ensure standard procedures had been followed.
- Resolve any complained issued by customer.
- To enforce team in checking and ensuring the materials receiving in good condition, and physical check quantities for every batch of.
- Update every inventory movement to person in charge at warehouse.
- To ensure all the documentation had been updated in system within 24 hours.
- Make sure quantity move in warehouse are tally with inventory transfer request issued by production.
- To ensure SOP being updated from time to time.
- Participate in stock take activity
- To undertake any other projects as assigned by superiors from time to time.
