Assistant Officer (Logistic and Customs)

Key Responsibilities:

• International freight management: Responsible for overseas shipping booking, international express delivery arrangement, and vehicle scheduling, ensuring efficient allocation of transportation resources;
• Documentation and information maintenance: Prepare shipment-related documents, maintain data in the customer's ASN system, and ensure accurate and timely information;
• Monitoring during transportation: Follow up the status of cargo transportation throughout the entire process, promptly enter the information into the logistics information system, and ensure traceability of the information;
• Customs operation support: handle import and export customs declaration matters to ensure compliant customs clearance;
• Data statistics and analysis: Responsible for shipping data statistics, report preparation, and supporting business decision-making;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hands on experience in logistics.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiarity with ERP / shipping system, I/E documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
• Responsible and meticulous, with positive work attitude.
• 5.5-day work week (Alternate Saturdays off)
