Assistant Officer - Manufacturing

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities. Manage relevant data and documentation, coordinate procurement for office-related requirements, liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders, and support the department in carrying out its functions effectively.

1. To manage and maintain item master data in the Oracle system.
2. To manage the procurement and replenishment of general office supplies and consumables to ensure sufficient availability.
3. To liaise with vendors on general office equipment, appliances, and related requirements.
4. To provide administrative support to the NPI Manager to support the effectiveness of the Engineering Development function.
5. To perform any other duties as assigned by the NPI Manager from time to time.

Requirements:

Education Background:

Diploma, Degree or equivalent

Experience:

At least 2 years working experience in related field

Special Skills & Knowledge:

• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good command of oral and written English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and negotiate with employees at all levels. Good operational, leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent drive and enthusiasm
