Assistant Officer / Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales support to customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Handle extended warranty hotline enquiries, including repair and replacement arrangements.
• Follow up on customer complaints and service cases, and coordinate with relevant parties for resolution.
• Perform clerical and data entry duties.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• HKDSE or above.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Good telephone manner, communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English, with conversational Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• 5.5-day work week.

Candidate with more experience may be considered for the position of Officer.
