What they need
Responsibilities:
Handle freight cargo orders, monitor shipment status, while maintaining daily communication with overseas offices.
Communicating with overseas office, operation teams to optimize the operation process
Coordinate with co-loaders and airlines
Situational management such as emergency shipment coordination.
Handling daily bookings and reservation
Job Requirements:
5 years experience in air export forwarding industry (sales exposure is an advantage)
Excellent communication skill (Proficiency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin)
Good command in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
Experience handling export, transshipment, and routing orders
Able to work overtime (in working during non-office hours)
Immediate available is preferred
